The biopsy happened this morning and George, like with everything else, seemed to take it in his stride.
It could be a couple of weeks until we know if the test was conclusive and, if indeed, it is this operable Hirschsprung’s disease.
We met a fantastic speech and language therapist who did some work with us on bottle feeding and she advised us on the best teats and techniques to use for George.
It can be (and is) a slow process feeding him. He downed 5ml instantly in front of the expert – encouraging. I struggled to get much milk down him this evening – discouraging, but practice makes perfect.
Caz and I did get to see the lights of Brighton briefly tonight. We do have lots of links to this great town.
