George is no longer hooked up to drips, canulars or a heart/oxygen monitor – and with his bottle feeding going as well as it has been, he’ll soon be losing the feeding tube from his nose.

This makes George a portable baby and a portable baby means trips out of the hospital and into the real world.

We’ll be able to take him out and have some proper family time which is something we’ve been badly craving.

Even a walk around the room was a novelty earlier.  Good day.

If you are still at TMBU there is a really nice cafe at the top of the Audrey Emerton Building, can be mayhem during lunch rush but before or after it is very nice.
