George – and therefore Caroline and I haven’t had a full nights sleep since November 2015.

It’s got to the point where we dread evenings.

Settling George is lengthy process – only for him to typically wake at midnight, 2am, 4am and 6am with an hour of feeding and/or calming him back to sleep each time.

It’s soul-sapping.

I’m reading sleep difficulties for infants with Downs is particularly common and I know from conversations with other parents that this seems to be the case.

My question to you is – do you have any sure fire tips to get a 1 year old to fall asleep then stay asleep?
